We go to every effort to ensure your Love Bus experience is as smooth and hassle free as possible. There are just 7 simple steps involved (8, if you include your visit to this website!)

  1. Contact us to arrange a date and get more details specific to your special day
  2. We’ll call you to confirm a date and time and guarantee it with a 25% non-refundable deposit
  3. Pay the remaining balance 14 days prior to your event
  4. Drop off your favourite drinks the day before and they’ll be chilled and ready to go. You can also have them with you at pick up if you'd prefer
  5. Get ready for your big day! We’ll have your Kombi polished up and ready to pick you up to take you wherever you need to go
  6. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Each Kombi comes with brollies, a bridal emergency kit, and an esky full of ice ready for your drinks
  7. Have fun! You’ll be all smiles as you cruise around the coast - in vintage style

What areas do you cover?

We cover the entire Mid North Coast from Coffs Harbour to Forster. If you’d like to travel outside the area, give us a call, and we can help you find something to suit your needs.

Do you do special occasions?

Yes, any special event including weddings, formals, marriage proposals, restaurant pick-ups, and winery tours.

Can we drive the Kombi?

We’re only licensed and insured to hire our Kombis with a driver for your event. You’re welcome to hop into the driver seat for a fun photo opportunity.

How many people can you accommodate?

We can carry up to 6 guests per Kombi, and we have 2 Kombis available.

How do we book a date?

Fill out our request form (here) and we’ll get back to confirm availability within 24 hours.

How much does it cost?

Kombi hires out at $200/hour. Travel surcharges apply outside the Port Macquarie area (south of Bonny Hills, north of Telegraph Point and west of Wauchope).

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes. Love Bus Kombis is a fully insured and licensed as Private Hire Car Operators. Whoever you choose for your event, please ask if they have these qualifications for your safety.

Do you have a minimum hire time?

Our minimum hire is 2 hours.

What happens if it rains?

Each Kombi comes with 2 large umbrellas. We’re happy to change the route and recommend great photo locations under cover if needed. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You will be refunded any amount paid up to 2 weeks prior to your booking minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made inside 2 weeks before your booked date are not eligible for a refund. 

How many stops can we make?

You can make as many stops as you like within your allocated hire time.

Can we decorate the bus?

Absolutely. The Kombis are dressed in ribbon, flowers and tulle in any combination you like. You can also have your florist produce a beautiful fresh flower decoration for the Kombi.

Can we see the Kombi first?

We have lots of photos in the gallery and on our social media pages, but we’re happy to arrange a showing prior to booking your event.

Can we bring our own music?

Of course, you can!
